30-Day Return & Exchange Policy

You can return or exchange any product within 30 days of delivery.

1. Eligibility for Return/Exchange:

  • Unused Products:
    Products must be unused, in their original packaging (including product box and accessories), and show no signs of wear (scratches, scuffs, etc.).
  • Defective or Damaged Products:
    If the product is defective or damaged, you are eligible for a free replacement or full refund, and NeoDesk will cover all shipping costs.
  • Non-Eligible Products:
    Products that have been used, are damaged by the customer, or are missing original packaging/accessories are not eligible for return or exchange.

2. Cancellation Policy:

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting services@neodesk.store.
  • If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, and the return process must be initiated instead.

How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

1. Submit Your Request

Visit our Return Center and provide:

  • Your order number.
  • The email address used for the purchase.
  • A detailed description of the issue.
  • Photos or videos of the product to support your claim (for quality-related issues).

2. Approval of Request

  • Once approved, you will receive an email with a prepaid return shipping label.

3. Schedule Pickup

  • After preparing your package with the return label, a courier will contact you to schedule a convenient pickup time.

4. Return Process

  • The courier will collect the return package from your address.

5. Inspection at Warehouse

  • Upon receiving the returned product at our designated warehouse, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria.

6. Refund/Replacement Processing

  • If eligible, refunds or replacements will be processed within 3 business days for PayPal and 7 business days for credit/debit card payments after inspection.
