NeoDesk Warranty
At NeoDesk, we combine thoughtful design with durable, high-quality materials to create products that enhance your daily life. Our warranty reflects our commitment to long-lasting performance and exceptional craftsmanship.
We offer a 1-year warranty for all NeoDesk products starting from the date of delivery. For cables and charging accessories, we extend this to a 3-year warranty.
NeoDesk warranties cover defects in materials, manufacturing, or workmanship under normal use during the applicable warranty period. This warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, negligence, normal wear and tear, unauthorized modifications, or accidents (such as drops or spills).
NeoDesk does not warrant, nor are we responsible for, the repair or replacement of any third-party devices, such as smartphones, headphones, or other personal property used alongside our products.
What is Covered Under the Warranty?
All items purchased new from NeoDesk or authorized resellers are covered under this warranty, including:
- Defects in materials or manufacturing.
- Products damaged or defective upon delivery.
NOTE: Products purchased through NeoDesk’s official sales channels, including promotional or outlet sales, are also eligible for coverage.
What is Not Covered Under the Warranty?
NeoDesk’s warranty does not cover the following:
Damage resulting from:
- Normal wear and tear.
- Misuse, abuse, or negligence.
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs.
- Installation or removal issues.
- Accidental damage (e.g., drops or water damage).
- Third-party devices, such as smartphones, headphones, or other personal electronics used with NeoDesk products.
- Products not purchased directly from NeoDesk or our authorized resellers.
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
We’ve made it simple to submit a warranty claim. Here’s how:
1. Fill Out Our Warranty Form
Visit our Warranty Claim Form and provide the following:
- Your order number.
- The email address used to place the order.
- A detailed description of the issue.
- Photos or videos clearly showing the defect.
2. Email Our Support Team
Alternatively, email us at services@neodesk.store. Include the same details as above.
Replacements & Store Credits
If your product is covered under warranty:
- Replacement: If we have inventory, we’ll replace your defective product with the same item.
- Store Credit: If the defective product is out of stock, we’ll issue a store credit of equal value so you can choose another product from our website.
For replacement items, all associated shipping costs will be fully covered by NeoDesk.
What Happens After You File a Claim?
Once your claim is approved, we’ll process it as follows:
- If the defective item is in stock, we’ll send you a replacement.
- If the item is unavailable, we’ll issue a store credit of equivalent value.
