1. Cut-off Time for Same-Day Shipping

  • Orders placed before 4:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) (GMT-5) from Monday to Saturday will be processed and shipped the same day.
  • Orders placed after 4:00 PM EST, on Sundays, or on public holidays will be processed and shipped on the next business day.

2. Non-Working Days and Holidays

  • We do not process or ship orders on Sundays or public holidays. Orders placed on these days will be handled on the next business day.
  • During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may extend to up to 2 business days.

3. Backordered or Preordered Items

  • If your order includes backordered or preordered items, the entire order will be held until all items are ready to ship. This may result in a delay in the overall processing and shipping timeline.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been processed and handed over to the logistics provider, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment.

Does the item come with free shipping?

Free shipping is available for all orders over $39.99.

How long does delivery usually take?

Processing Time:1-2 business days.

Shipping Time:For orders shipped to the United States, delivery takes 5-8 business days after processing. The total estimated time from placing your order to delivery is 6-10 business days.

Note: Delivery times may be extended during peak seasons or holidays.

How will my product be shipped?

NeoDesk works with trusted logistics partners, including USPS, DHL, FedEx, DPD, EMS, and local postal services, to ensure secure and timely delivery.

I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?

Items ordered on the same day are usually shipped together. However, if your order includes pre-ordered items or products shipped from different warehouses, the delivery dates may vary. In such cases, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.

Can I change my delivery address after the product has shipped?

Address changes can only be made within 1 business day after placing your order. Once your order has been shipped, changes are not possible.

If the package is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the package.

What do I do if I receive a product that’s different from what I ordered?

Please email us at services@neodesk.store with:

  1. Your order ID.
  2. Photos of the shipping label.
  3. Photos of the product box and the product itself.

Our support team will review your request and provide a resolution, including a replacement or refund, based on your preference.

I didn’t receive all the products I ordered. What should I do?

If you are missing any items:
Email us at services@neodesk.store with your order ID and photos of:

  • The shipping label.
  • The product box and its contents.

We will confirm the missing items and arrange for a replacement or refund after obtaining your consent.
